New owners are FANTASTIC! I always found the old owner lady to be pretty grumpy and not great at customer service. Can't fault her, people are annoying.

I came in the other day with a set of defective brake calipers for my vehicle that needed to be returned. Calipers are heavy for those that don't know, and this set came out to about 30 lbs, and a whopping $150 for shipping. The owners went out of their way to help me find the best deal and sized flat-rate box, repackage the calipers, and saved me over $100 on shipping. AMAZING!!
